Exactly what it says: hiding the window (cfr. Form.Visible = false in
VB).
Using the API, it should be possible to get the window handle of the DOS
box and hide it, so it no longer shows up in task bar or ALT-TAB. That
way,
the only way to kill it would be Ctrl-Alt-Delete (it _should_ still be
in
that list), but it would not bother the user by its presence.  Since I
suspect the program in question is some sort of daemon/service, this
seems
acceptable.
