    I try to compile a C++ program and I get a lot of errors like this:

c:/djgpp/lang/cxx/queue:37: stl_deque.h: acces denied
c:/djgpp/lang/cxx/queue:38: warning: Header file
/usr/local/include/stl_function.h exists, but is not readable
c:/djgpp/lang/cxx/queue:38:warning: Header file
/usr/local/go32/include/stl_function.h exists, but is not readable
...

Anybody can tell me what is happening?
