um... 10 and 11 are bigger than 7 and 9....   so this versioning makes 
perfect sense.  its just like the linux kernal.  it went 2.2.9, 2.2.10, etc.

besides  I think that the first two refer to the versions of GCC, 
whereas the second two refer to the versions of Binutils?
