`gcov' (and the associated functionality in GCC which `gcov' requires) 
was not ported to DJGPP.  You are welcome to port it and send the patches
to the GCC maintainers; apparently, there's not enough motivation
and/or resources to port it among people who routinely work on the
DJGPP port of GCC.
