There is no keyb in the path. There is one in C:/WINDOWS/COMMAND/EBD
though. But it doesn't seem to do anything when run in a DOZE box.

I've discovered that that the keyboards acts like an American one, so
I'm able to generate the "|" character. But it would be good to have
the correct layout.
