See section 22.26 of the DJGPP FAQ list.  If something there is
unclear, please ask specific questions.

In general, to call functions by their real-mode address, you use
__dpmi_simulate_real_mode_procedure_retf with CS and IP members of the
__dpmi_regs structure set to the real-mode address.  Calls to `intr'
and its friends should be replaced with __dpmi_int.  And poking
real-mode addresses should be done with _farpoke* functions (in this
case, _farpokew).
