C:\DJGPP\BIN wants to be at the start of the path list.

Typing `set' at the DOS prompt will show all the environment variables
including PATH and DJGPP, so that is the first thing to check.

If you still have problems then you need to give more details.  Cut
and pasted error messages would help a lot.
