Click on the MSDOS logo en chose "Properties". Then you can settle
memory usage and you can define the MSDOS window's initializing command,
which may be an autoexec.bat located where you like, or another *.bat
command of any name (mine is: auto-dos.bat, in order to have it distinct
from the basic DOS initialization when I do not start Windows 9x).
