I'm totally new to this stuff. I know my way around windows, but don't really know anything about DOS. Here's what I've done so far. I went to www.delorie.com and used the zip picker to download the correct files for compiling c and c++ I extraced those files to a folder I named "djgpp", I put 2 lines in my autoexec.bat per instructions. I've restarted my computer. Now what do I have to do to compile a program I have written and saved with the extension ".cpp"? Please give me very detailed instructions. Email is welcome. If you can just point me in the right direction for instructions that would even help. I can find all the instructions about downloading and installing, but how do I start using the compiler?
