> What's new in CWSDPMI release 5 in comparison to realease 4?

Search http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/mail-archives/. Charles Sandmann
posted a couple of messages around the release of r5 with the list of
changes and bugfixes.

> And why there is no any file that tells what's what's new since version X???

Actually, most of the distributions include a file called NEWS or
WHATSNEW, which tell that.

But please don't demand people to compile such files, because they all
do that on their free time. In particular, Charles works 30 hours a
day (that's not a typo!), so we should be grateful he could find time
to make a new release with so many improvements.

The sources are there to examine and diff against the old versions, so
in principle all the information is available, even if NEWS is absent.
