Type "set", hit [Enter], and see if one of the lines says this:

	DJGPP=c:/djgpp/djgpp.env

If not, something's wrong with your AUTOEXEC.BAT.

The right way to fix this is to set PATH so that c:\djgpp\bin appears 
there before the Borland's directory.
