I am sorry for writing that many replies :-).

I use this Makefile:

CC = gcc
CFLAGS = -I ./include -c -Wall -march=i386 -ffreestanding
OBJECTS = test2.o testker.o misc.o console.o string.o math.o printk.o
vsprintf.o
ASM = nasmw
ASMFLAGS = -f aout
DELETE = del

kernel.com : $(OBJECTS)
  ld $(OBJECTS) -o kernel.com -oformat binary -Ttext 0x100

%.o : %.c
  $(CC) $(CFLAGS) $<

%.o : %.asm
  $(ASM) $(ASMFLAGS) $<

clean :
  $(DELETE) *.o

test2.o is compiles with nasm for windows, while all the other files are
written in C and compiled with DJGPP's gcc.

-oformat binary makes the output plain binary.
