I _did_ unzip and read djgppfag. section 22.1 is,
22.1 Unzipping gppNNb.zip complains about g++.exe
My programs ran fine (BASIC, ASSEMBLER) without that project
thingy. Still if that's the way it's done...
I measure the user friendlyness of an interface or program by
the degree to which you don't have to read the manual or FAQ.
DJGPP/RHIDE are nice products and certainly fill a gap where
a bloated windows is not required to access beyond the 1 Meg
limitation.
I taught myself basic programming on the Amiga where 32 bit
was not considered 'advanced' and there was no need for dpmi.
