C and C++ both require <limits.h>.  C++ also requires <limits>, but
this is a GCC issue, not a DJGPP issue.  The GCC web site says that
GCC 3.0 should be out by the end of the first quarter of 2001.
But a few days ago it was saying "end of 2000" - so don't put too
much faith in their planned release dates.
