It's on another partition, so it isn't the problem

It works just fine (!).

I think I found the problem, Int 21h, AX=7302, doesn't seams to report the
actual free clusters on the given partition.

I've changed the statfs function to use Int 21h, AX=7303 instead and now it
works (on Win9x at least).
