Are you sure this is the exact wording of the message?  Please always
report the exact error messages, otherwise it is very difficult to
guess what's wrong.

Please remove that installation, then download unzip32.exe from the
same place you got DJGPP, and unzip all the .zip files again, this
time using unzip32.exe.

WinZip does some pretty evil things which could easily mess up your
installation.

The file README.1ST should explain this.  More information is
available in the manuals which come with GCC and the development
environment.  README.1ST explains how to read the manuals using the
Info file browser.

??? How do you know?  Windows has a built-in DPMI server, so if your
Windows is up and running, you do have working DPMI services.
