Search the DJGPP mail archives for "f2c", there were several messages 
about various ports in the past.

But you also could use g77 (available from SimTel.NET's v2gnu directory), 
once you get the code to comply with F77.  It's even possible that g77 
supports some of the extensions you need for this program.
