None.  I believe it was off of Simtel and in the public
domain (according to the header in the code).  I took their
original outline (the case statement) and changed the code
to do the strptime() function.  You can have the code if you
want it.  I've attached no copyrights to it.  If you can make
it better (probably easy to do :), you can have it.  I just
didn't think it was on topic to post it here to the the group.
