It most probably wasn't, as there was no GCC version 1.09 ported to
MSDOS, ever. It's probably referring to DJGPP 1.09. That's an
extremely deprecated version of DJGPP.

<graphics.h> is brought to you by the bcc2grx package, I think. You'll
want grx itself, too, to be able to use it.
