You use __dpmi_get_protected_mode_interrupt_vector and
__dpmi_set_protected_mode_interrupt_vector or
_go32_dpmi_get_protected_mode_interrupt_vector and
_go32_dpmi_get_protected_mode_interrupt_vector.  See section 18.9 of
