Provided you are using gcc 2.92.2, DJGPP largely complies with the
C++ standard, so as long as you avoid platform-specific tutorials
you should be OK.

That's not very informative.  Do you mean you couldn't even get a
Hello World to work, or do you mean that something more complicated
failed to work?  And in what way did it not work?

Most people seem to think this is a good book.  What are you looking
for that you didn't find there?
