If you are talking about global or static arrays, the limit is 2GB
(actually, 2GB minus the size of the other data and code), and you
cannot enlarge it.

If you are talking about local (a.k.a. automatic) arrays, they are
limited by the stack size.  The stack is by default 512KB, but it can
be enlarged using the STUBEDIT program.  For more details, see section
15.9 of the DJGPP FAQ list.
