The following code:

  long long i1=1, i2=2, i3=3, i4=4;

  printf("%lli %lli %lli %lli\n",i1,i2,i3,i4);
  cout << i1 << ' ' << i2 << ' ' << i3 << ' ' << i4 <<  endl;
  cout.form("%lli %lli %lli %lli\n",i1,i2,i3,i4);

gives the ouput:

1 2 3 4      // OK
1 2 3 4      // OK
1 0 2 0      // error

what makes me suspect that ostream::form() does not support long long GNU
extension ;o(
