With the help of Allegro 3.12, I know standard WAVes can be created
and played, but what about ADPCM (not mentioned in the docs) ?

Would there be an algorithm for de-compressing the adpcm into a 
"standard" WAVE ?  (yeah sure...its been done before!)

Any idears?
