Subject: compiling problems
Reply-To: djgpp AT delorie DOT com

Sirs,

I recently purchased a C++ beginners book. The book contained a cd with
the DJGPP compiler.

I installed the DJGPP software with the setup program.
Then, I ran the Rhide program.

I then opened a file called "list0101.cpp", which came as an example
program with the book.

After that, I pressed the "compile" button and this message was shown:

Compiling: list0101.cpp
../broncode/hoofdst1/list0101.cpp(1) In file included from
../broncode/hoofdst1/list0101.cpp:1:
c:/djgpp/lang/cxx/iostream.h(31) Error: streambuf.h: No such file or
directory (ENOENT)
There were some errors

This happens everytime I try to run a program.

I'm trying to learn how to program in C++, but i'm getting REALLY
frustrated since I can't even compile, link and run a program.

Please help me on this matter.

I thank you in advance,

Edgar Blase
