What you _could_ do would be to make a wrapper program of the same name, for
example, this batch file will ignore the arguments.

RHIDE.BAT --
@rhide

Or it could be an EXE that tests the extensions of the arguments to
determine whether to ignore them.

If you're really serious you'll probably want to try recompiling a modified
RHIDE...
