"info libc" doesn't appear to be entirely comprehensive.  (What's __tb,
for example?)  It has documentation for getcwd, _dos_setdrive, etc.,
which is pretty much what I thought I needed, but it's not _everything_.

I waded through this for a while after I posted the above and finally
found _fixpath.
