I just updated allegro and stuff since I have been away for years.

How can I tell what version of gcc I am using.

And would it be sufficient to just check www.deleorie.com for zippacker
and allegro.com for updates or should I go elsewhere for the newest stuff?
Thanks

My conceptual puzzle is still unfinished:
