Wrong group for this.  There was a thread about this in
comp.os.msdos.programmer a few weeks back.  The short answer was that it was
never released in source form, but (according to one person), it is now allowed
unlimited run-time distribution.  As for the authors, who knows?  They may have
gone on to bigger and better things.  Tran (Pytel) is an excellent coder, so I
shouldn't be surprised if some company grabbed him up.
