Three ways to get RHIDE and GCC to agree with your system:

o Dual boot with Windows 9x or other DOS system to run DJGPP.
o Use MinGW instead.  It's a Win32 version of GCC.
    http://www.mingw.org/
o Ditch WoN'T 5 and install a GNU/Linux system.
