Please try from the command prompt (the file README.1ST explains how),
and see if it helps.

Did you also run the program from within RHIDE, or did you run it from
a command line, or by some other method?

This is normal for the NT.  You have enough memory, the problem is
elsewhere.  I suspect that you are trying to invoke a raw COFF image
instead of the stubified .exe program.  The clickable Windows
interface makes that all too easy.
