IIRC, Viglen and Stone refuse to sell servers and workstations without NT
implicit in the price: some of them have it installed by some BIOS trick
so you don't get CDs to give to your friends^W^W^W^Wkeep somewhere safe. 

Apparently Mi¢ro$oft force them to do this. I think this is actually
against monopoly legislation in the UK.... but I am not a lawyer.
