Subject: ANNOUNCE: libwin 0.1.4 patchlevel 1
Reply-To: djgpp AT delorie DOT com

Hello.

Unforunately there were problems using libwin 0.1.4 with binutils 2.10.
These have been fixed in 0.1.4 patchlevel 1. Thanks to Laurynas Biveinis
for noticing and testing the fix. The e-mail address of the author of
demo/contrib/copyscr.cpp also changed.

libwin can be obtained from here:

    http://www.phekda.freeserve.co.uk/richdawe/mysoft.html#libwin

>From the web page you can browse libwin's documentation. libwin can be
downloaded directly:

    http://www.phekda.freeserve.co.uk/richdawe/dl/lwin014b.zip (binaries)
    http://www.phekda.freeserve.co.uk/richdawe/dl/lwin014s.zip (sources)

If you just want to build programs with libwin, download the binary
distribution. If you want to rebuild libwin from scratch or look at the
sources, then download the source distribution.

If you downloaded the previous distribution, then you can upgrade using
the following diff file:

    http://www.phekda.freeserve.co.uk/richdawe/dl/lwin0141.diff

Use the following command-line in contrib/lwin014:

    patch -p1 -i [path-to-diff]/lwin0141.diff

You will need to have GNU patch installed for this to work.

Sorry for the inconvenience, thanks, bye,
