DOS programs can't see NT 4 long filenames without a special driver.
(It's looking for STREAMBU.H and finding STREAM~1.H .)  Here are your
choices:

o http://www.cybertrails.com/~fys/longfile.htm has the driver.
o Re-unzip without preserving long filenames.  For instance,
  use unzip32.exe from simtel.
