When I try to compile the Waterloo TCP library, I get the following
output:

rm pcstat.o
make.exe: *** [pcstat.o] Error -1

I haven't been able to find any kind of RM.EXE program on my computer.
Could that be it? If so, where can I find this elusive utility? If not,
can anyone tell me what may be wrong? DJGPP seems to be set up properly
and all. It's never given me any trouble before. Anyway, I have attached
the environment variables and the output of go32-v2 to this message as
suggested.

Hmm. It seems that I have no means of attaching the files in the
traditional manner, so I'll just cut and paste their contents below:

**GO32-V2.TXT**

go32/v2 version 2.0 built Nov 15 1998 14:36:43
Usage: go32 coff-image [args]
Rename this to go32.exe only if you need a go32 that can run v2 binaries
as
well as v1 binaries (old makefiles). Put ahead of the old go32 in your
PATH
but do not delete your old go32 - leave it in the PATH after this one.
Set GO32_V2_DEBUG=y in the environment to get verbose output.
