Keir, what is happening is that you have included the allegro header, but
you havn't linked to the library.  If you are using Rhide goto
Options->Libraries and type in alleg which stands for liballeg, but the lib
part need not be specified.  Make sure you click the check next to the name.

That should make everything work.  If you are using the command line to
compile, I havn't used it in a long time, but I think its ike -l alleg  at
the end.
