This is wrong. It should be:
gcc world.c -o world.exe

You don't need c:\djgpp\include in your PATH variable. Be sure you read the
readme.1st that comes with DJGPP and I also highly recommend you read
chapters 2 through 5 of the DJGPP FAQ. You can read it online at
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/
