What 'above line'? There is none. I suspect your problem is that you
mixed up the two changes to be made to the environment variables. One
affects the PATH (you should prepend the directory c:\djgpp\bin to
it), the other involves creating a new variable, DJGPP, and make its
value c:\djgpp\djgpp.env.

From what you write, you seem to have put the DJGPP.ENV filename as
the sole content of PATH, which is completely wrong.
