That's a biassed way of putting it. I use size_t, but I'm so utterly bored
by your inability to accept everyone's arguments here except your own that
I didn't leap in and say, "me, me, me!"

So I've been ignoring this thread, yet I use size_t, which puts me amongst
a large chunk of people here that you haven't considered above.
