Which directory and what files?

mak*.mft should be in c:/djgpp/manifest and
make.exe should be in c:/djgpp/bin.

Are they present? And if you still get "Bad
command or filename", it is because you haven't
added the line "PATH=c:\djgpp\bin;%PATH%" in
your autoexec.bat. So, it looks like an
installation problem to me.
