You need also to unpack djdev203.zip (djgpp.env is there) 
and binutils. About libgmp.a  visit 
	http://agnes.dida.physik.uni-essen.de/~gnu-pascal/
There are also DJGPP binaries of the same GPC version for 
gcc-2.8.1 (but egcs-1.1.2 is newer)

Perhaps it's possible to install it in the same directory, but some 
hacking is needed.
