One of the tables is pointed to at int 43h
The other table is pointed to at int 1fh

But you really should be designing your own fonts:
 1. The BIOS fonttables are in Codepage 437 or the similar CP 850,
    but text files (especially from Windows) tend to use Latin 1.
 2. The BIOS font lacks character (no pun intended).

Shawn Hargreaves wrote ttf2pcx for Windows 95.  You might want to try
porting his code.
