On a machine that's getting 400 FPS in a Wolfenstein clone, I can
surely give up some of those FPS to the OS by calling __dpmi_yield()
at the end of each frame (my monitor can only draw 60 FPS).

I use Apache for file sharing; sure beats mail attachments.
