Be sure your file have a C/C++ extension. Do it:
1) Choose File|Open
2) Enter test.c as file name.
3) Type ma (the two letters).
4) Press Ctrl+Space.

I know, the main class is a 300Kb C++ file, of course it isn't simple to
understand without some background.

I think the code is well commentes ;-), you should first learn something about
Turbo Vision programs, they are event driven and that's hard to understand for
most people that never programmed in such an environment.

RHIDE uses SETEdit classes so that's more or less the same.
