> What´s the diffrence between "C++" and "MS Visual C++" ?

C++ is the name of the language, whereas MS Visual C++ is Micros~1's
implementation of the language. Visual C++ is itself a giant bloated package
consisting of Wizards (or Devils as I prefer to think of them), an IDE
(integrated development environment) and all the stuff required to build
Windows programs.
