For installing DJGPP for the first time without any know about it:
Download
ftp://ftp.scitechsoft.com/devel/beta/djgpp202.exe
and run this under win9x (don't know about NT/win2000, may also run).
Ready !
For a nice development-environment, you need also RHIDE. You can
download
this (and nearly all other interesting things related to DJGPP) via
SET's great
'DJGPP and related links' homepage:
http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Vista/6552/dlinks.html
Unpack this and read install-instructions: you need only copy some
files.
