If you mean the sources of gdbserver, they are in the GDB source 
distribution.

Note that the GDB sources available from the DJGPP sites don't include
gdbserver (since it is not needed for building the DJGPP port), so you
will have to download the original source distribution from the GNU
FTP site (ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gdb/).
