DJGPP has the new stuff.

You have to do this:
#include <iostream>
#include <string>
#include <other_bullcrap>
using namespace std;

As long as they don't require that you use MFC (recursive for MFC
Foundation Classes, also expanded as Mother F   in' Crap).
