Ok. The installation is a simple process. Here goes:

1> Create a directory c:\djgpp

c:\>md djgpp
c:\>cd djgpp

2> Unzip all the files (djdev203.zip, bnu281b.zip, etc.) in the djgpp
   directory.

3> Add these lines in your c:\autoexec.bat.

SET DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV
PATH C:\DJGPP\BIN;%PATH%

That completes that installation.
