You must be meaning multiple c++ source files I suppose. 

Well if I have 2 files that are called foo1.cpp and foo2.cpp then to
compile and link both to produce a exeuctable called foo.exe the command
would be "gpp foo1.cpp foo2.cpp -o foo.exe" (without the quotes).

Section 1 of the DJGPP FAQ has more on this, I would suggest that you have
a look at it.

Do you mean a c++ tutorial or that you want a tutorial about learning how
to use DJGPP or GCC?

If you want to know about DJGPP well the FAQ certainly has a lot of
information about what DJGPP is and what packages to get and ports of
various GNU packages to DJGPP etc...
